under guarantee policy
Guarantee
Ascaso Factory S.L.U. passes on to clients the guarantee policy of the manufacturers of the goods we sell. In no case are labour costs included.

Return of merchandise |

1) |
No returns will be accepted without prior consent on our part. Each return will be assigned a reference number to be included on the delivery note and the consignment note. |

Returns will always be carriage paid. |

In case of returns due to errors in shipping, or for reasons for which Ascaso Factory S.A is responsible, they will pay the costs of carriage, by the freight company previously approved.. |

Returns must give the invoice number and the date, pursuant to Royal Decree 1496/2003, of 28 November. |

Credit will not be given for goods that are not in saleable condition or that do not have the original box or packaging. |

Returns will not be accepted for any type of goods more than 3 months after the date of purchase and under no circumstances if we have stock above the maximum levels, if the goods are in the process of being withdrawn or are not included in the catalogue. |

For all returns (resulting from client error) the merchandise will depreciate by 15% of the net billing cost, as compensation for our costs for checking and fitting out. |

In no case will massive returns of goods be accepted (stock adjustments, warehouse changes, etc.) |

Important: the merchandise leaves our warehouse in perfect condition, therefore if it is damaged in transit, you must contact the freight forwarding company within 24 hours in order to make a claim for the damages. |
